Well for experimental i had to do a presentation on Sol Lewitt who is known for his wall paintings and cube shaped structures. One thing that really caught my attention while reading through several of his books was that he stressed the idea of understanding an idea to its fullest before actually starting to do any work on it. This is something that many of us dont do. I know I am someone who starts with a rough idea and lets it form while I am working rather than having it planned out.
